Crown Northampton is committed to providing the highest quality handmade footwear, and we accept returns or exchanges on all unworn items within 28 days of delivery. Please ensure all products are returned in their original packaging and in a resalable condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Contact our customer service team or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare Package

  Place the unworn footwear back in its original box, ensuring all protective tissue and accessories are included, then securely pack the box into a shipping carton.

• 3.
  Ship Items

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location, ensuring you obtain a proof of postage receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our Northampton workshop receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
